When can I schedule an appointment?
We provide delivery and assembly services 5 days a week. Evening
and weekend requests are accommodated where possible. Please note
that we only MAKE appointments Monday through Friday as specified
below.
How do I place an order with MAC Assemblies for my home or office?
Once your product is at your home or office, call 954-316-6380.
Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. (EST). For in-home/in-office installations, please provide
the model number and/or sku from your receipt. You may also place
an
assembly
request
from
our convenient online
form.
How do I place an order for an in-store display assembly or
maintenance?
Simply call us at 954-316-6380, or complete the online
form. Please provide a preferred date for
assembly or repair.
Is there a minimum order?
Call us for a quote or fill out our online
form.
How does a customer pay for services?
You may pay with check or cash at this time.
Can I specify an appointment time?
You can request morning or afternoon services. Please allow a 3-hour
window.
Who do I call to change or cancel my appointment?
When changing your appointment, call customer service at 954-316-6380.
Please provide the assigned work order number whenever
possible.
Will the technician move the product?
Technicians will NOT move the product either before or after assembly.
The product should be placed in the area where it is to be assembled
PRIOR to the assembler's arrival. The customer is responsible for
having the item(s) placed where the assembly is to take place.
How long does a service call take?
Assembly times vary depending upon the number and size of the pieces.
Ask the technician for an estimated completion time.
Will technicians remove packaging materials?
Our technician will NOT remove cartons from the premises; however,
they will break them down and place them near the designated on-premises
trash bin.
Does MAC Assemblies warrant its work?
MAC Assemblies provides a 30-day warranty of assembly workmanship
from the date of assembly. This does not supersede the manufacturer's
warranty on the product itself.
